Hoobuyfinds does not operate a customer-support inbox. For an order, payment, refund, parcel or account issue, use the official support channel shown inside the service where the transaction took place.

Choose support by the problem you have

A seller question belongs with the seller or marketplace. An agent account, warehouse, coupon or refund question belongs with the agent platform. A tracking scan belongs with the carrier once a valid tracking number exists. A payment dispute belongs with the payment provider after you have checked the merchant record and saved the relevant evidence.

Share only what the official channel needs

Keep screenshots focused on the issue. Hide unrelated addresses, payment details, login codes and identity documents. Never send a password or one-time verification code to a guide, seller chat or unofficial social account.
